my initial experience with Jacoby Myers law firm was pleasant. I had the pleasure of working with Jocelyn. She was amazing and answering all of my questions now the second part. I am dealing with an Edwin and so far he has lied to telling me saying that my case needed to go through litigation, my funds were released right away. I had four doctors appointments only I’m willing to pay that out-of-pocket. they had to do zero maybe 10% work on this case my children missed out on Christmas when my funds were released on October 19. I have no vehicle right now so I can’t work. I can’t even get my kids to the bus stop without walking 3 miles mind you these are children little legs don’t go very fast. My son missed a dentist appointment. That was very important. Hopefully he doesn’t lose his tooth over this. I thought you guys were supposed to be working for us right now. I feel like your law firm is a joke. My children are let down because somebody hit me running a red light. This is beyond awful. I am a single mom raising two kids. I don’t get child support. I barely get food stamps. my vehicle my livelihood. My children are suffering. I’m suffering. how much longer are you guys gonna do this for? I get trying to make an extra buck on investing whatever you guys have invested my money in but the kids are suffering. I didn’t even get a Christmas tree for them this year because my car was totaled an I can’t work without a vehicle I was supposed to get $15,000 which could’ve bought me a used car and I could’ve worked and everything would’ve been fine. I don’t appreciate being Stonewalled and that is exactly what this law firm has been doing to me.

They wouldn’t help me with my case, there TV advertisement is False advertisement, never trust an attorney in Bakersfield.

A zero would be better! It took one year and me calling them a week straight. I was told by Arie the person that was handling your case quit and your case ended up at the bottom of the stack! I was told attorneys come and go from this place.Then the manager(supervisor) Maya told me the Corporate office denied my claim and there isn’t else we can do. My case was closed and they failed to tell me this.This place is a scam and nothing gets done! Then I get a phone call from Maya telling me she was upset about this review I put online!! (WHAT) unhappy, how do u think I feel after a year of being lie too! I still have a injury thanks to Jacoby and Meyers. Save yourself find another injury attorney!People needs to know this place is a SCAM ! Don’t hire this LAW FIRM!!!!
