Like another person said, the paralegal acts like he owns the place. Very rude personality. He called the cops on me because I asked for a bill that he refused to give me because he said he sees me and my boyfriend “walking around town.” When I did get to speak to the attorney, Jack, he seemed decent but he lets Michael interrupt conversations. I wasn’t paying for the paralegal’s opinion.

I didn’t meet him somebody else did I know you seem like a nice guy smart knows what he’s talking about about all I can say

Whomever Michael is an administrative assistant? God? Maybe who knows. But his brash personality, absolutely unnecessary RUDENESS is beyond unprofessional and very damaging to the attorney I never got to make contact with. I was shocked by his rude,crude & unnecessary attitude. I hope Mr. Moser learns of this employee’s demeanor and his ability to chase of potential clients. Yes, I chose another attorney. Thank you Michael for running me off. When someone is going thru hard times the last thing they want is a smart elic being rude to them. Your first mistake was the tone you set when I asked a question. As I’ve never been in trouble with the law therefore not needing an attorney I was simply calling to hire Mr Moser for a friend. But your non stop ruthless attack was more than I could bare. You need to lose your job. Then the person I was trying to help called, you answered & gave them the same ruthless attitude & acted like you owned the law firm. Unbelievable behavior by a rude employee
