Rachel is the worst!!! Never explained that the person that hit me had very low insurance coverage until the end when she sent me the final documents to sign. Now I am here needing surgery and the pitiful settlement is not enough to even pay the surgeon let alone all the other bills that accompany surgery. She is rude and a terrible communicator . I was always left with the feeling she just wanted to get off the phone. She never would completely answer my question. Definitely would not ever want to refer anyone to this firm.
