Let me start off by saying that Phil is an amazing lawyer. I was injured badly due to being rear ended by a sprinter van last year in December. I’ve talked to multiple lawyers, hired a couple, and dealt with the worst. After getting nowhere with my case and feeling helpless, a friend recommended me to Phil. Phil was the only lawyer that took the time to hear about my story and made me feel like I mattered. Phil made sure that I got the proper medical care right away and introduced me to great doctors. Phil is also an excellent communicator and made sure that I had all my questions and concerns answered. Phil is very efficient and did way more for me within a couple months than the other lawyers did for me in several months. Phil is truly a lawyer that cares about his work and his clients. I would recommend Phil and his team to anyone that has gone through what I’ve gone through.

I had a terrible accident with a food delivery driver. The car from the other side of the road lost control of his car on a turn and slammed into my car. My car was totaled, the other car went into flames. Initially, I had no idea of what to expect from the accident as I was just expecting to be recompensated for my car.
