Been trying for over a month with no return call

Called on a Monday (last Monday) and was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. I waited a week and called back again and was now told that he just started a week long trial today. No explanation as to why I did not receive a return call week. Very poor service! Would not recommend this lawyer.
