I would not recommend these people to even be a last resort. It’s been over a year and I still have not received the final documents for my case. The lawyer-David is Extremely RUDE I basically gave this firm $2,000 and still haven’t received any finalized documents-and it’;s now been Over a Year

Do not do not go to Tim Henry. He is awful. I worked with him on my parents Trust. After my mom died and he made me give my brother all of the money that my parents have left for me Because I’m disabled and Wanted me to be taken care of. I found out that he never even got the trust papers. And he never even got the amount that was in my parents Bank when my mom passed away. My brother and my sister took all of my money. 6 million dollars of it and now I don’t have enough money to pay for my medication. Or anything else he was the worst and he also talks back to people. He comes around seeming like he’s a nice guy and he’s willing to help. But he is the most awful lawyer I’ve ever had in my life, and I hope that no one ever uses him again. He will screw up your case. He will steal your money and when I called him back for something I needed he would not give me anything. I’m warning you. Make sure you tell everyone you know, when you visit his page, they should not go to him ever. And my case ended. Almost a year ago. And I’m just getting around to writing a review now. I’m trying to save anybody that would ever try to use him. He’s not even a trust lawyer. He’s a personal injury attorney, but he was willing to take all of my money. And he doesn’t have expertise in that field at all. Thank you for reading this. I wish all of you well. Again to not use Tim Henry PS he was also paid off by my brother and my brother paid off our family lawyer as well. So this is how lawyers Act? Everyone knows that they are shady.

I was in a world of trouble and this attorney help me I thought I was going to lose my mind he made sure that I was ok that my bankruptcy was filed and he actually called a creditor that was causing me so much stress that I was hospitalized don’t waste your money anywhere else this is where you need to be with the henshaw la firm
