Did not use services, but (in constrast to inquiries with other law offices) experienced great professionalism, communication and empathy. I was just informed that Michael Healy does not handle my type of case. This is unfortunate for me, because from our short correspondence alone I witnessed his kindness, respect, and encouragement, which can be critical qualities when looking for help in difficult or even traumatizing circumstances. Mr. Heally was more concerned about helping me than he was about extracting money from my pockets; a rare attribute in a lawyer these days!
