My 15 year old daughter died from poisoning, toxicology reports 28,000 ng/ml of diphenhydramine (Benadryl) in her blood. This is 6× the lethal dose. A physical impossibility for a person to do to themselves. That is 1,889 pills and there is only 100 pills in a bottle. Only one bottel was at the scene. My parental rights have never been terminated. 2016 my duaghter was taken from me and placed with my mother (who has a criminal record of battery, disorderly conduct and child abuse) under a fraudulent private gaurdianship through probate. This was not a case of dhs or chips, but a case where the DA, local police and the GAL who was my mothers privately hired attorney placed false charges on me that where then used agianst me in court to gain gaurdianship and soon after gaurdianship was granted these charges where dropped, not guilty. While under the fraudulent private gaurdianship my mother blocked me entirely from my duaghters life, she used the medical field and police to keep a record and abuse my daughter, psychological warfare for 9 years. My daughter suffered from severe depression, ptsd and other mental health conditions because of the abuse, isolation and mental torture that my mom (the gaurdian) caused. Because of this abuse it caused suicidal attempts. I sent warnings and pleas for help ro government officials and to the doctors for 9 years only to be ignored year after year. November 19, 2025 my daughter was found dead in my mom’s home and the sergeant, medical examiner and other government officials are calling this a intentional suicide. This is physically impossible and the scene was staged by my mother with help from my sister who is a hopsice nurse and who attempted to end my life one month after my daugter died. My sister handed me a syringe loaded with light pink liquid morphine told me to take the entire thing in her presence but sighn papers making her my POA first. (Of course I did not) My sister repeatedly said it is moms fault that my daughter is dead. My mom has not said one word to me or even looked me in the eyes since my duaghter died. She put a restraining order on me because of my grief and had my daughter cremated 7 days after she died. My mother mentioned to my cousin the day after my daughter died that the headstone says “beloved mother and daughter with my name and my duaghters name on it” My mother took pictures of me in grief that day and has not allowed me go even go in the house where my duaghter died. The cup and the straw that was by my daughter’s bed with a clear pink liquid in it, the Sergeant (the only one who has spoken to me since my duaghter has died, and also has denied me any type of answers or paperwork on the case) told me the state crime lab wont test the cup. The case is still open but the medical examiner ruled this a “Intentional suicide”. It is physically impossible for a 15 year old to have done this on her own and then to have went on her phone and sent three friends the exact same message at the exact same time saying “ im sorry, I mightve fucked up”. She would have passed out or had a seizure before she could finish the other 18 bottels of Benadryl. Liquid benadryl had to have been administered to my daughter in the cup with the straw that was provided by my sister (the hospice nurse) and then was given to my daughter to kill her by my mother (who is a malignant narcissist psychopath). My mother waited 12 hours before she called 911 and when paramedics arrived my duaghter was in full state of rigor mortis with pink vomitus all over her face, hair and clothes. The DA and the local police are covering this up and protecting my mother to avoid liability and a multi-million dollar lawsuit. The sergeant told me from day 1 that there will be no criminal charges against my mom and stepdad who where the gaurdains and in response to me telling the sergeant about my sister and the attempt on me life, the Sergeant said “just try some, maybe she was just trying to comfort you”. I have been continued to be lied to by the sergeant and have been given no answers. My mom (the gaurdian) continues to walk free after murdering my 15 year old child and the state will not help.
