Scott Hawkins did not listen, was seldomly available, and he overcharged. His staff was not always honest about his availability. A couple times we went in person and he was found to be available or in the office when they said otherwise. He didn’t listen to our words or consider how to convey our wants when handling our case. When we would express and try to seek clarification he’d become stern. It was if he were siding with the other party’s attorney. We could have gone with a different attorney who would have gotten better results for less than the money paid and been more satisfied. We do not recommend Scott, especially after googling his background.

Everybody needs a attorney out of the blue… I keep giving them Scott Hawkins name! Lol! The man & his entire establishment will be money well spent in any case you bring to him! YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY ANY CASE! My family had more than 1 issue going on & Mr. Hawkins & his crew handled everything like the true professionals they are! I wasn’t exactly the sit around & wait type of client & Scott Hawkins or his entire team never once lost their patience with me. I am forever grateful!
