Hawaii Disability Legal Services is an outstanding department that has helped us get the help we needed for a disabled love one. Would like to acknowledge one of their Specialist Kai Cockett who has been professional, courteous, and helpful. Not to mention very prompt in getting the answers and information we needed to help a disabled family member. Kai is an asset to this department and should be rewarded for her valuable efforts. Thank you Kai for all that you do for the people of our Great State!

I called Hawaii Disability Legal Services to get some information about disability, I spoke to Kai, she was very helpful. She explained the process of applying for disability. Since I’m still working full time I am not eligible, I will definitely call back when I can no longer work.

They went above and beyond to help get my husband get his disability help that he needed and very supportive when he started to feel discouraged to not give up Thank you for all your help and support we greatly appreciate it
