Go somewhere else. Low quality service for the cost of representation. You’re better off representing yourself . People are rude and condescending. Also if you have separated from federal service before filing for disability, they won’t help you . Just walk away�.

Was grateful at first, granted retirement before appeal. Of course, that means Harris also saved time, effort, and cost with their flat fee. But when my award letter wasn’t honored, they didn’t care a bit and made zero effort to hold the agency to their award.
