I called about a situation and possible case, it turned out this law firm does not specialize in the sort of case I may be involved in. However, they were still the first to call me back and the receptionist was extremely nice – and referred me to a directory for the state I could call to find lawyers who specialized in what I was looking for and even texted me the number after the call. So, even though I am not a customer nor a profit source to the firm at all. I was treated very well and provided with help – which I think bodes strongly toward this being a good firm to work with.
