David Hanks and I worked together on a professional matter a couple years ago. He didn’t represent me. He was professional throughout the process and easy to communicate with. I have very little experience working with attorneys. The limited interactions I have had usually consist of massive egos with them making sure you know you’re speaking to the smartest person in the room. Based on that, I wasn’t too sure what to expect from David. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he was easy going, fair, didn’t have a big ego, and he was committed to getting a positive outcome for his client.

I scheduled a half day of mediation with Mindi Hansen to redo a parenting plan. Mediation wasn’t as successful as I had hoped, but Mindi was wonderful and helped us agree on as much as we could. She was fair, unbiased, and gave helpful perspective to the things I was asking for. She was honest, and let us know when she felt like we weren’t going to get any more resolution. I would highly recommend Mindi for meditation if you want someone who will be honest and fair, but also knows when to call it quits and not waste any more time.
