Horrible experience pretty much sums it up. Phone called started out all nice, thought I actually found someone willing to help and when I started explaining the details, everything changed. Reached out regarding assistance in a landlord/Tenant case and when she heard I was the tenant she immediately went into disrespectful/unprofessional mode. She said “sorry I can’t help you” so I kindly said well you didn’t even hear my situation yet so how could you make that decision already. All she kept saying was sorry we only help landlords. Makes zero sense. Does it really matter who calls?? If someone has a legitimate case and money to retain you I would think it’s a no Brainer. Thanks to the lady for being very rude, I was able to find someone else that was willing to take on my case and actually couldn’t believe what my family has been through. So far, case is going excellent! Just wanted to share my experience because people should be heard and treated fairly before assumptions are made. I’m sure they’ll be a reply saying they’ve never spoken to me but I can back it up if need be. Thank you
