Wow first reading these reviews ppl need to understand they have more then one case. They also paid a major amount of money to go to school to learn the law and handle stuff, cases don’t happen over night. Charging 300 an hour when u want them to win ur case is reasonable. They also have family’s to feed spent 7 if not more years to go to school and it’s not cheap going to college. Penelope handle my case answered all my calls and questions within an amazing time frame. And it was worth every penny. I think the negative reviews are from ppl that didn’t get there way because honestly this office not only handled my case the way they should but they won my case I would Definitely always recommend this office. She even worked with me in everyday to make sure I was prepared. I absolutely adore her for what she did for me and my son
Can’t even talk to someone. The Lady just hangs up on you. Was trying to speak to someone. Call center it seemed like.
Still waiting on a district manager of the firm to call me they said it would be 48 hours. It’s been over three day’s now. Had a scheduled appointment with a attorney had a walkin never received a call about the appointment was going to be moved to a later time. And I’m a customer found out the attorney was not representing me in court didn’t let me know until court. It has started out horrible with this law firm there is more to long to put down. Here is the response from them raising rates and not giving a 30 day notice. The rate change was effective November 1, 2022. Prior invoices reflect the rate change. My in November’s shows 100 hour By the way they will not show up the court when it’s time. This is is an email response I received from my attorney on this issue. I apologize for the oversight in not providing you with notice that my hourly rate was/has changed. My hourly rate is now $300 per hour
