I called and pressed 0 for the receptionist. I just had a general question as to what type of attorney I needed to seek. She cut me off and answered my question before I even asked it…so clearly the answer she gave me was incorrect. She was very rude. When I asked her name so I could address it in a review…she pressed her mute button and put someone else in the phone. This person was just as rude as the first one. Needless to say….I never got a name. Though I do have a degree in the legal field….it is not my expertise, however, I am a local business owner in Shreveport. There is no way I would allow this type of unprofessionalism be the first Impression someone got of my office.
