DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! I paid Mr. Gonzales $10,000 to take my case to trial. He agreed strongly that we would win. When it was time to go to trial, he backed out and offered me a pled that I did not want to take. I’m still on probation and I have a felony on my record. I have wrote the State Bar for ineffective assistance of an attorney. He will take your money and run. Please read your contract carefully because you can’t get your money back. I have asked the DOJ to reopen my case.
These people are crooks and will steal your retainer fee, without providing any services. They’ll charge your credit card without consent and refuse to refund you, without representation and services provided. They won’t communicate with you after paying their retainer fee and ignore you, they will take your money and run. Look elsewhere for an honest attorney that will actually care about you and your case. Do NOT hire him.
