Ryan Davis is a diligent and knowledgeable Workmans Compensation attorney. The previous attorney after 8 months disappeared. I was quite frantic when I began looking for another attorney. From our first phone consultation, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand. He made it clear that things would move slowly because of Covid restrictions and that we were going into the holidays. He stayed on top of the mounds of legal documents and continued to push through while keeping me informed of any developments. I highly recommend Ryan.

Please everyone refrain from having golden state workers represent you I made the mistake of trusting their reviews. After having them represent me for almost 2 years my workers comp case has not went any where they never offered a AME instead I was given a QME doctor major red flag. Instead of being well informed I have been left out of any clear information of how my case is being handled and if how close the case is being resolved it seems as if they work along side the adjuster making sure you don’t receive any better treatment other than Concentra which had been proven to work more for the employer than the injured employee. I can say that I have not received any temporary disability payments forcing me to have work through my injury even though that only lasted a few months until I couldn’t support the pain any longer and just opted for edd because I was never offered any temporary disability payments. I had a co worker that suffered a minor injury around the same time yet he has received all his benefits and has had his case closed with a different attorney agency based in San Jose just know that I regret ever choosing golden state worker from Oakland to represent me when I called them last week to let them know of my concerns and plain let down of my representation one of the attorneys showed plain disregard to my concerns and just kept telling me that we should have everything resolved soon instead of being given any concrete information as too what’s going to happen with my case. For being my first ever work place injury just know that I felt like I’ve been going through this alone. If I could offer zero stars I really would.
