Rick is fantastic. After being injured in a wreck I was very terrified of not knowing what to do. So much stress was taken off my shoulders. I truly got to worry about getting myself better and not stressing over all the other tid bits. It was a hard road and being in constant pain every day was enough on my plate. IMPRESSIVE!!! Am involved with an insurance claim that has gone from complicated to crazy. Being unfamiliar how to proceed I thought I needed an attorney. Went right to the first 5 star rating being Mr. Rick Glantz. First spoke to Gabby who was delightful and said Mr. Glantz will take the time to recommend our best options even if he personally is unable to help. WOW she was SO right. He returned the call an hour after the original call we were on the phone, he then texted us to continue to try and communicate with us. This is very rare and to top it off he is out of the country. I almost feel like I am dreaming this is the best customer service I have received in a very long time. My strongest suggestion is this guy is your man. After speaking with insurances⮳hops⮠and rental companies Rick Glantz somehow turned my whole day around. I will sleep better tonight because I spoke to a kind and considerate human being who went above and beyond to do the right thing by me. Thank you Rick and Gabby it was an honor and a pleasure.
