I called this firm this morning because I read the reviews on how friendly the staff was and all this wonderful information about the firm. I spoke to a unprofessional man who did not introduce himself but he was VERY grumpy and rather argumental from the start because I’m new to this and unaware of proper procedures and types of firms that I should of called rather than him..He gave me a referral which will never earn my business. What a great way to start the morning.

Lutkenhaus because he has 40 years experience dealing with workman’s comp cases and social security disability cases. This is a family owned business with his daughter Anne a paralegal. I feel like a family owned business takes better care of you and you are not just a number like with the bigger law firms. My workman’s comp case lasted 4 years with quite a few ups and downs. I had two shoulder surgeries during this time. Mr. Lutkenhaus and Anne answered all of my questions and concerns. He got my weekly checks started. He talked me through all of the steps that involved my case. We finally settled the case with a nice settlement and a Medicare settlement which cover another shoulder operation if I need one in the future as well as cover all of my doctor visits and medications. I would recommend Mr. Lutkenhaus and Anne to anyone looking to have their case settled by two very professional and caring people. I was very happy with the outcome of my case.
