What started off as pain, frustration, and being lost. I ended up being represented and taken care of. What I couldn’t get done in weeks Mr. Gelb got done in a matter of days. Trying to get information from the police and insurance company was draining. I looked up injury lawyer’s, and there was Mr Gelb. Once Mr. Gelb took my case things changed for the better. Mr. Gelb was very attentive and quick to respond to all my calls and needs. I truly felt like I was his only client. I felt protected and reassured that my needs would be a priority. At the end, the check was good but to know someone was fighting for me when I was too drained to do so was even better. Thank you Mr Gelb for all your hard work. I would recommend Mr Gelb and his team to whom ever need a injury lawyer. Now I’m curious to what other cases he can represent. LoL.

This was my first time using a lawyer and after my experience with Mr.Roger Gelb, in the future I’ll try to avoid using a lawyer at any cost. Gelb was my lawyer for roughly a year and my honest overall opinion is that he was very impatient with me and came off harsh or annoyed whenever I had questions. It makes me sad because I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt but he continuously made me feel like I couldn’t ask questions that he deemed as common knowledge(common sense ). There have been countless times I chose researching things myself to avoid having to call him because it felt like an issue. Whenever he called me he made it very vague and short and little to no explanation, which clearly opens doors for me to ask my own questions. Overall I was ready to settle because I was already stressing about personal things that affected me following the crash. Mr. Gelb has shown little to no regards for how I’ve been affected mentally. I can recall a time he got annoyed because I didn’t go to the hospital “enough” but if he took the time to listen he would realize that my anxiety made me unable to leave my home and whenever someone drove me, it was way worse. My lawyer didn’t see how traumatized I truly was. One time on the phone I tried to explain how my anxiety has turned into physical symptoms, this has been going on for A YEAR now. Driving a car now has made me cry and freeze up and makes me not want to leave my home, fearful that’ll I’ll never make it home alive. The anxiety still affects me terrible to the point where my heart feels like it’s beating out my chest and my legs shaking uncontrollably. Mr. Gelb knows nothing about this because he doesn’t take the time to really hear me out because he always cuts me off. At the end of the day he doesn’t care about the well-being of his clients, only the money he is making. I hope my review helps the next person who is desperate looking for help, if you NEED a lawyer, I definitely would NOT recommend Gelb.
