They will take the initial phone call, convince you that you have a case, ask you to do a bunch of work, and then never call you back. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, they won’t even have the decency to tell you that they’ve decided to not take your case. Sincerely, my dog groomer is more professional than these clowns.
