I hired Brian Garmo for two cases, both involving two individuals, abusing the legal system, to harass me. Despite the fact that I had proof, that I did not do what I was accused and charged with, this was a terrible experience for me. I sent documentation to Brian, by means of email correspondence between the accusing individuals and I. When I asked if he had looked at them yet, he said no, and stated those were “small details,” that wouldn’t make a difference. He adjourned two of the hearings, for no apparent reason. He was late to all three hearings. He asked their attorney about a plea deal, and spoke of what the plea deal would be comprised of. I was very explicit, and told him I wasn’t going to take a plea deal, because I did nothing wrong. I had to ask for a trial, in the hopes of proving my innocence. Realizing I wasn’t going to go for the plea deal, he finally wrote a letter to the judge, on my behalf. At the next hearing, the judge mentioned and thanked him and his interns, for providing information that ultimately resulted in the prosecutors dropping the case. It was more than a letter sent to the judge on my behalf. It was what he should have done, from the very beginning. Which is to have represented me, as I hired and paid him to do. If you are looking for someone with integrity, look elsewhere. You won’t find it here.

Highly recommend this law firm. Matt and his staff are top notch. I had a few collections problems and Matt handled them with dignity and without judgment and extremely professional. He was able to get me more than I expected in results. He is very knowledgeable and just cannot say enough about his firm. All the staff was extremely polite and courteous and great with communication. You never had to wonder where you are within the process as they always keeped you abreast of what has transpired. Cannot say enough about them. I wish I would found them back 2017 when this all first started

I received a traffic ticket/ violation due to an accident on February 6.2023. Attorney Brain Garmo did an excellent job representing me, I didn’t have to appear in court his law firm handle everything. I was looking at getting 2-3 points on my chauffeur license, The law firm made sure that I didn’t receive any points, I was soooo excited that it all worked out for me .
