I was involved in auto accident and a friend suggested I contact Galperin. The lawyer at the firm who spearheaded this claim was Rebecca. Rebecca loves her job, truly cares about her clients, and is really good at what she does. Although the vehicle damage portion was not part of the claim through Galperin, when I was getting zero cooperation from the insured party Rebecca steppped in, made a phone call and I don’t know what she said but the insurance rep got back to me within the hour and was a completely different person. Offering me rental compensation even though I didn’t use etc. Wow! Then comes the examinations, rehab etc which I am bad at following through with. I quickly learned that this wasn’t going to fly. If I missed an appointment they were on top of it and rescheduled for me. Realized later this was absolutely for my benefit and in my best interest. Rebecca and paralegals returned every text or call I made generally within minutes and never left me hanging for hours. I was frustrated that Rebecca would never tell me a number, what she thought the case might be worth. But talking to others who had auto claims in the past with other lawyers the common thread I heard was they were promised or told to expect a certain amount and in the end we’re disappointed. The claim has been finalized, I think that the settlement was very fair and I don’t think any lawyer could have gotten me more money. She was thorough.
