I retained Nicole Gainey in an employment case. At a time when I was very vulnerable and felt scared that nobody would believe me, Nicole believed me and she fought for me long and hard. She went above and beyond more than any other attorney would ever do. I am also a paralegal and I know first hand that nobody else would have ever done for me what she did for me. She investigated my case and went back years and found other women that had had the same experience with my boss that I had. Nobody would have ever been able to find the information that she was able to find. She believed in me the entire step of the way and fought hard for me. She ended up winning my case and spent relentless hours of her time working on my case. She never once gave up on me and was always available for my multiple phone calls and tears. She was always available when I called, which is huge when most attorneys cannot even be reached. I highly recommend Nicole and if I ever happen to have any legal matters she would be my first phone call and I would recommend her to all of my family and friends. She is dedicated to her work and in helping others and always makes you feel like you are not alone, which is huge. I could never have gone through this without her and would never want to go through something like that again without having her in my corner. I would give her 100 stars if I could. Michelle Merrin
I spoke with Nicole Gainey regarding a workplace environment. With the advice she gave me, I was able to go into a very difficult meeting confidently. It was a rush request to speak with someone and she called me after hours. She truly cares and I am very thankful.
Nicole Gainey’s advisement helped me secure a stronger separation package from my employer. I appreciate Nicole’s legal knowledge, sensitivity of the situation, and advisement on how to rally through tough and overwhelming termination conversations.
