Marco Bocciarelli fought a very uphill battle for me. My case ended up being tried in a court that does not favor the victims of medical malpractice since the defendants are also employed by the state. I am still very happy with the outcome and feel vindicated in the situation. I was heard and absolutely feel like the the team at FD&S are there for their clients from start to finish.
