When I had my car accident. I contacted Tim Holdifer. All my questions was answered and I was encouraged to keep in contact. Everyone was GREAT keeping me updated on my case. I would recommend friends and family.

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. Attorney Timothy Holdefer got caught in his lies. He tried to get me to take less than retail value on my vehicle. This is part of the email of what the adjuster offered him “I talked to M**** and there was never an offer for the personal injury side of this claim– the $25,000 was only for the property damage which is completely seperate.” I told Attorney Holdefer all of the property inside the vehicle was destroyed that day, He replied “if the adjuster said they don’t have any money just take a loss.” When my concerns were brought to Attorney Farish attention, he was alway with a client and would never return phone calls.

Mr. Holdefer did an amazing job on my settlement. The staff is also great and answered any and all questions I had throughout. They didn’t stop pursuing what I needed until I was happy with the results and I am greatly appreciative of the work they did for me. They made navigating a tough situation so much easier.
