Poor service, poor follow up, poor communication. I have had to follow up to find out what going on every few months for almost 2 years now! When I call I get treated as if I do not have a right to know what is going on and am made to feel I should have not called in the first place. Did I not retain YOU???!!! Then they avoids my calls. My daughters settlement was paid 4 months ago I was told they had to settle the health liens. Still nothing.When I call I am told Robert and Roxy are both “On calls” No matter when I call, When I call back hours later the same. They only reach out when needing something from me but still never to update me in her case unless I reach out. I was left in the dark in the entire case. Literally the worst law firm I have ever dealt with in my existence I wish I had read the reviews. My daughter deserved better than this place!
