I really recommend working with this law firm also Denise is awesome to work with. I wouldn’t take a moment back working with them. Everything was handles professionally on their end which put my mind at ease.

Really disappointed with this firm. Had appointment December 6 for a trademark and hired them because of their quick turnaround time. I got them all the information and payment in full the next day. Joe had told me that it could be filed within the week of our appointment. However, after many attempts of calling, and emailing before Christmas, they finally filed this afternoon. He had said things got busy, blah blah blah, but did not reach out or give any information about the updated timeline. Very poor communication and time management skills. *edited after reading company response— email was sent and went into spam- so no one’s fault. When I happened to Call a full week later to check on the status, I was informed that a week ago the email was sent⮢.not sure why they wouldn’t call me since a week had gone by with no response from me. Again, lack of urgency and communication. Their question for me could have been resolved with a simple phone call, but it took over a week and I was the one who reached out.

Four Rivers really made our defense process a breeze. They are good at what they do.
