I am a not from Alaska but I suffered an injury there. I reached out to a number of attorneys seeking legal representation for my situation. Several gave me the brush off while most didn’t respond at all. You can imagine my surprise when Jeff Vance called me personally to discuss whether or not I had a case. He introduced himself and we chatted briefly then arranged a Zoom meeting the following week. It turns out, unfortunately for me, by Alaska law I simply don’t have a case.
