I have had an absolutly horrific experience with Farah and Farah. I went into the Savannah office where I spoke with worker’s comp attorney Kyle. He couldn’t resolve my problem so I asked for management. Kyle tells me management is in Florida. He told me he couldn’t contact them because he doesn’t know how. He does not know who Farah and Farah is. My attorney is Brett Schroyer, he’s not even here. Brett is an Atlanta attorney. I asked how did this happen. I was told Brett picks up all the cases one week and Kyle picks up all the cases the next week so it’s fair to them. I am so angry. I was supposed to get my settlement since July and it’s just been mistake after mistake on their part. I still don’t have my check. I have been asking to speak with a manager, supervisor or boss since July and No one could put me in contact. No phone number, no respond call or anything. Who are these people really and why can’t any of the Farah’s on the commercial be reached? They’re selling garbage on the commercial and treat clients like trash. You can’t even talk to the attorney you’re assigned when you need to. They schedule you a week out for a call back. Who does that?

I have this case to Farah & Farah 5 months ago and Wes left in the dark about my case until I received a survey invite, I completed the survey then received a call⮠still nothing but a quick brush of call .. then I received another survey invite which I completed again another quick call, again to no avail!!! Finally, a new representative Albert!! Scheduled a phone appt Monday @ 11:00 ⮮ At 11:15 I called him!!! I was informed that he cannot handle my case !!! Now I have to wait to receive my release letter !!!! WTH a simple email???? If I could give less then one star I would

I had a great experience. Ms Katie Fitzpatrick worked diligently from day one on my case to make sure I got the maximum payout. She also was very good at communicating with me the whole experience and given the circumstances worked very speedy as well ! I would recommend the firm & Ms Fitzpatrick to anybody I know.
