Scott was very professional, easy to reach and was very helpful. I made the mistake of trying to deal with the insurance companies on my own, thinking it would be easy since I wasn’t at fault. I felt stuck and frustrated since it seemed the doctors I saw and the insurance were both trying to take advantage of the situation. Luckily Scott was able to negotiate and get this settled.
