I went to Mr. Deltchev about a real estate matter. He made me feel very comfortable and made some very helpful suggestions. I was very impressed that he recommended a course of action that would not bring him my business but was a better option for me. I have heard so many stories about attorneys who make money more important than giving the most helpful advise.
