My father signed paperwork before his passing early LAST year for an asbestos claim. I called a couple weeks ago. They said the payment/check is “in queue” to be printed??? I’m an IT consultant, it doesn’t take time to print a check, you click a button or two. With all the news as of late of law firms stealing from their clients, I’m concerned to say the least. I would love to be able to change my opinion/review. I’ll report back in 6 months :{

I signed a retainer about a month ago. I have received zero communication since then from the legal team despite my attempts to get a status update both by phone (left two voicemails) and email. The lack of response and basic communication is disappointing and at this point I am assuming that no one is going to follow up with me despite my attempts.

I have been waiting 6 years and only got 5 checks out of 24 trust, I’m very dissatisfied with this law firm I would not recommend them, they have about another month and I’m finding a new law firm not happy with them at all
