Jay represented me in a lawsuit that spanned over a period of a couple of years. The plaintiff and his attorney dragged it out for months and months, so along with Covid, it was a ridiculously long case. Mr. Elliott did everything he could to try and move things along, but throughout the entire time, he kept me updated through letters and emails as to the status of the case and what was happening. The trial recently wrapped up and Jay did a marvelous job. We won our case and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. He is a great guy and an excellent attorney!
