Stay away from Richard Rafferty. He’s not a trustworthy lawyer, but rather a liar! He won’t do anything to resolve your case. I had a personal injury situation, and he kept my case open for 8 years without making any progress. I would call him, but he never returned my calls. I believe he took money from the opposing lawyer, who was defending the company he was supposed to sue on my behalf. Then, he closed my case at the last minute. I believe in God, and I’m sure he will face consequences for his actions.”

My numerous emails, he fought for me every way that he could, when faced with court, my self and my family were very impressed with his work, and how he handled my case, he saved me from myself by always pointing me in the right direction with his solid legal advice.
