I worked with Dominy Law Firm, LLC on a criminal justice matter and I was incredibly disappointed with the service. The attorney was unresponsive and seemed to lack knowledge about the subject. They also failed to explain the process clearly to me, which made it difficult for me to understand what was going on. The whole experience felt very unprofessional and I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Most unprofessional experience of my life. The lawyer who was going to be representing me told me to pay his fee before Monday. Around noon on Sunday he emailed his refusal to represent me. When I was unable to reach him I called the owner for help. He proceeded to be rude and blame me for his associate’s lack of communication and incompetence.

Called to have 2 questions answered. Would not answer without making an appointment. Clearly stating wI lived in Knox made an appointment for same day. No call. Finally call them and told them forget it I’ll contact someone else. Then I get a call from Shawn saying “I’m sorry, I sent 2 emails to you telling you I need to cancel the appointment because we do not service Knox “. The email was not correct and who emails someone when they call for an appointment anyway? I’m totally not waiting for my email to ring. Sickening service. Could have called and answered my 2 questions then explained we can’t help you but so and so might be able too. Your process will work if your receptionist writes down the correct information. This was not the case. My time wasted.
