I was in a car accident back in June 2022 when I was referred by Kathy Smith to reach out to Dominguez Law Firm. Suffering from extreme shoulder, rib and back pain, restlessness and anxiety after my accident I needed an advocate to help me get the medical care I needed. I met and worked with the amazing Paralegal Kelley Stoker who took care of me immediately. She made sure to thoroughly explain the entire process step by step and was always quickly available for any questions I had. Kelley made sure to get me in with a pain doctor and in physical therapy within the week of meeting with her, even when the doctor didn’t make me feel urgent, Kelley got on a 3-way call to make sure they complied with the urgency and got me in the next business day. I wasn’t able to financially cover all the PT I needed up front so Kelley also fought to get me a Letter of Protection. I highly recommend working with the Dominguez Law Firm and most importantly Kelley Stoker. Having someone help you and be your advocate when you are in miserable pain is immeasurable.
