Dennis Hernandez, Esq. is a fifth-generation Florida native and passionate advocate for injury victims. Born in Tampa, he became an attorney at just 23 years old. For 30+ years, Dennis has represented individuals injured in car, motorcycle, truck, semi-truck, tractor-trailer, pedestrian, and product liability cases across Florida.

He holds an Economics degree from Duke University, a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.

In 1996, Dennis founded Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys, a statewide personal injury law firm with offices in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Bradenton, Orlando, Fort Myers, and Lakeland (by appointment).
