These Guys don’t need a T.V. Commercial to tell you they’re the best, because they are THE BEST. They don’t need a big billboard sign to tell you they’re the best, because they are THE BEST. TOBIN & DOVE are for sure a 5 STAR law firm.

Where do I start… I’m not normally one to reviews but for everyone considering this Lawfirm READ THIS AND LET THIS BE A WARNING! I actually hired this firm BASED on their reviews. Huge mistake. Always do more research and actually speak to a lawyer and be concerned about ANY company who only has good reviews- especially when it only has a few reviews. Also don’t waste your time and money on hiring a small Lawfirm and hire a larger Lawfirm that looks more threatening to the insurance companys. With that said let me tell you about my experience and you can be the judge 👍 In April I was in a car accident that was not my fault. I had a good case. The cop had even given the other person a ticked and I tried to fight with the insurance about trying to get a fair amount for my medical expenses and the evaluation for my Classic Car ( a 1994 240sx) the car is considered a collectable and even in rough condition is selling for 3-5K on the market. So I called this Lawfirm and Shawn Dove contacted me and agreed to take my case. I gave him all of the information and told him that I was still going through therapy for my back. MONTHS would go by with NO CONTACT after repeatedly calling and emailing him and one day when the opposing insurance company sent me a $500 CHECK for my car and told me to get a salvage Title I WAS FURIOUS! As you can see on the Google account the only location they have listed is a suite in Gilbert. Well… That’s not their actual location. So I show up with my sister at “their location” and waited 30 minutes also calling the lawyer while I waited while people were walking by us and when we left, we (my sister and I) left a review because I was having MORE CONTACT with th OTHER insurance company then with my lawyer. A couple of hours go by and I get a TEXT from my lawyer asking why a left A REVIEW. I told him the whole situation and he apologized for the insurance company and said he would send a letter to them. Then he asked if I would remove the review and said that the location that is on Google is just the mailing address. What business let alone a Lawfirm has their mailing address as their primary location on Google? Hm? So then he asked me to remove the reviews, I said I would if he at least promised to CONTACT ME at LEAST once a month or even ONCE every other month since he wouldn’t answer my calls or emails and I have my totalled car sitting in my drive way as a reminder. I’m not a needy person but I considered that fair- considering how busy lawers are. When I wouldn’t remove the reviews he threaten to SUE me and my sister- that’s right. Over a bad review. Wow. So more months go by.. still with no contact.. even after leaving countless voicemails about contacting other medical therapists about my back injuries to see if he could recommend any… Needless to say I didn’t get a call. So then November rolls around… 8 MONTHS after my accident and I get a letter that he DROPPED MY CASE (through email, with no phone call) , and that I had to REQUEST my case file. So I had to find a NEW lawyer, and when I got with this other Lawfirm the looked through the “case” that my other lawyer supposedly worked on and told me that he did a horrible job and that since it was already 8 months later they would pretty much just have to file. So I was screwed in every way. AND- after I got that figured out I who had been dealing with this ordeal left multiple reviews on this form and his other Lawfirm that he works for (Arizona Injury Lawyer) he THREATEN TO SUE ME YET AGAIN! Over a BAD REVIEW. So if in the future if you only see good reviews, that’s why. Who knows what other clients may have tried to leave a bad review.
