In September of 2022 I was the victim of a hit and run accident while cycling. I was taken to the emergency room by ambulance and my [brand new] bike was deemed a total loss. The driver of the car was never located, which left me worried about covering the substantial expenses of the medical treatment and replacement of my bike and equipment. Thankfully I was referred to Chuck, who provided excellent legal counsel, guidance and advocacy. He worked tirelessly to ensure I was compensated for my losses, including the pain and suffering from my injuries. There is simply no way I could have navigated the complexities of the process without his expert guidance. Chuck’s follow up and follow through are terrific.
