Rob E and David B are phenomenal! I refer them everywhere I go. They’re office staff are very professional and polite. Unfortunately, the reception lady that works on the first floor, first door on your right (soon as you walk in) is extremely unprofessional, tough and rude. Her name starts with a J (maybe Janice). I’m not sure. This is a law office with some of the best lawyers in Louisville, KY. However, nobody wants to deal with a nasty person during difficult times. It’s sad and disgusting how she treated my mother and I. Try to avoid her and speak to somebody else if you need help.
