Due to an unexpected family emergency I was in need of a lawyer quickly and one I could afford. So I put my plea on legal help and Mr. Danian answered my call. He was ready to help and gave me an affordable price. It was right during covid lockdown but he still got right on the case and done what needed to be done. We won my case and I was awrded guardianship of my deceased sons children.
I was very impressed with Mr. Danian and his ability to win over the jury in the courtroom. He proved that I was wrongly convicted when nobody else would listen. He got evidence in even though the prosecutor objected. He gave me my life back! Thank you so much. Highly recommend. A+++
Mr Danian is nice as a person, but I would not recommend him as an attorney. While Mr. Danian offered a good price, he was difficult to get hold of because the only number given is a cell number. Many times I would leave a message and text and receive no answer. Most of the time I had no idea what was happening and communication was lacking so much, I would find out through other people, or later by him, that I had court dates or appointments. There was a point where I asked for him to refile for my divorce after I took a short time to make sure there was no way for reconciliation, and after over 2 months of waiting, my ex decided to file instead. I lost a LOT of money, yet was given assurances throughout the divorce that I would have a chance to get back money, yet I lost it all. I was the one with kids to support, that were from my late husband. The mediation was a disaster and he seemed to be on the Plantiff’s side. To make matters worse, I found out in April that my divorce was final in February! I had NO idea! No papers were sent to me, I was not contacted at all, and after my ex dropped a hint by chance, that it was final in February, I had to call the courthouse myself to verify that he was telling me the truth! I needed an attorney who would represent me, his client. Perhaps he overbooks himself with cases. I don’t know, but he mentioned twice something about a secretary, though I never met one. It says he has an office, but I have never been there because we would always meet at the courthouse even if there were no hearings. Please, if you decide to hire him, be aware of these things. I was extremely frustrated through the whole divorce proceedings! If I had more money, I would have hired a different attorney!
