I knew my workman’s comp injury was coming to a point where I was going to need an attorney, I was new to the Missoula area, and I was at a loss on where to go and whom I could trust. Lo and behold, Leslae contacted me the next day about her services in the Missoula area and that she would like to represent me. I spoke with her and I was very comfortable with her on the phone. I told her, “Let me speak with my husband, and I will contact you in a couple of days.” I went to the office website and when I saw her values, and where she spends her off time, she won my vote of confidence, because I had the same: spending time with my family, skiing, water sports, and cooking! I felt that if someone felt the same way in their off hours, that is the attorney for me. They haven’t disappointed me at all, and Miranda Dalpiaz has a similar outside interest. Miranda and the staff have gone above and beyond for me, and I believe they will go above and beyond for all their clients. Thank you, Dalpiaz and Associates, for being in my corner.
Leslae, Pam and Maranda helped me put my life back together after a serious on the job injury. Multiple injuries from a bad fall. State fund had me feeling like I was going to be left holding the bag. They also refused prescriptions that were orders by my Doctors. I contacted Dalpiaz and Associates. They treated me great and helped me from day one. THANKYOU for your hard work and care.
I had issues with Arthritis in my knee working as a CNA and my job was aggravating my condition. They did help me in insuring I’d get paid while off work until I saw the Workman’s Comp Doctor. After I saw the Workman’s Comp Doctor I was still denied, and then ended up getting a settlement. I trusted the attorney to have my best interests at heart in the settlement, though I can do nothing about it now, I won’t use this attorney again. I never got the full Doctor’s report until after I settled and it came in the mail. In order to qualify for Workman’s Comp the injury has to come from your job or be aggravated by your job. The Doctor clearly stated I needed a sit down type job and if I wasn’t walking on my feet as much, my knee would be better, pretty much admitting my job did aggravate my condition, but the attorney did nothing else, just wanted me to settle. I feel more could of been done as I still have to worry about working in the near future.
