I contacted this firm through the chat option on their website. I described my legal issue to the associate I was speaking with and provided my contact information. She assured me that someone would contact me. A week went by and no one contacted me. I then sent them an email telling them I was still waiting for someone to contact me. Another week went by, still no contact. Two weeks waiting. Naturally I went with a different firm.
