Sadly I was totally duped and drug out for 3 years. With little to no phone calls to keep us in the loop. Along with many empty promises about gas money and time frames🤦🏼♂️💀I feel they didn’t want to fight much for 50k policy. Even though easy to get policy amount in a hit and run case where me and my witness chased driver while on with 911(you would think). And they couldn’t even get us the policy amount! At this point it’s been so long and we had been through case managers that we didn’t want to pursue/wait anymore. But my latest case manager Angie M was absolutely awesome in picking up the pieces of the wreckage and get it closed💪👋
