Worthless, dishonest and dismissive. I received a call within minutes of submitting a request online. Unfortunately she was very impatient to the point of cutting me off while giving her the background info she requested and she asked me a question I was just about to give her the info for if she would have just kept listening. Even though I gave a clear case of patient abandonment and failure to diagnose – which they claim to handle – she blew it off and just said “That is not something we would handle”. She concluded this based on one conversation that took less than FIVE MINUTES. The call was basically a simple screening for her to get a sense of how much money might be in it for them, and when it became clear to her I don’t have a catastrophic injury (yet) due to medical malpractice she offered no advice, no option for follow up even though this case is just developing.
