I called for an update. & no one knew what was going on with my case. I later found out that the person in charge of my case had no longer been working there. & it was reassigned to someone else after I called. The fact that I had to call in order to get my case worked on was pretty disheartening.

Had some questions I couldn’t get a answer till I called. I got great customer service with a person by the name of Gracie and put my mind at ease. Definitely am going to utilize their services.
