My consultation with real estate attorney Mr DiStanislao was extremely disappointing and opposite of what partner Mr. Rennie told me to expect. I had an appointment with partner Mr. Scott but got shuffled to associate DiStanislao. After emailing material for the meeting over a week ahead, he was totally unprepared to discuss my situation at our meeting. During the meeting he presented nothing but old simple solutions. I do not recommend using this firm for real estate matters.

I was referred to Cowan Gates by my tax person. They were backed up so I had to wait a month to get an appointment. No one’s fault. When I showed up for my appointment, they told me it was the wrong day. I’m pretty meticulous about scheduling appointments but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I showed up today for my appointment and the assistant told me she called me and left a message on my cell that there was a conflict of interest. I never received a voicemail and she had not called my number. A disappointing waste of time. Very poor service from the beginning is indicative of what’s to come.
