My association with Bruce Clement and his staff began with an internet search for a family law attorney near my home. I found their website and requested a consultation. I am an older man in a long marriage that should have been terminated years ago. Complicated by ‘community property’ issues and issues with extended family. Although I considered my situation to be unmanageable, during our initial consultation I was convinced Clement Law was professionally qualified and to handle it. After a week or two I was ready to proceed. Mr. Clement assigned my case to attorney John Higa. He and I became acquainted during the intake session and together made the initial preparations. At each step in the process, I found him and paralegal Melinda to be very thorough and responsive. Two or three weeks go by�.. My expectations of an uncontested divorce agreement proved to be very much at odds with those of my wife. While she and I argued and debated several alternatives other elements of my personal circumstances changed. I chose to suspend seeking a divorce. When I told Clement Law of my decision, I was very relieved to find they were very understanding, supportive and considerate. I will certainly call on Clement Law for legal services in the future.
